| 摘 要： | 目的 评价疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析2003年5月～2011年10月收治的218例应用赫美平底短型网塞式补片治疗腹股沟疝的临床资料.结果 手术时间30～90 min,平均70 min.随访6～36个月无异物感、无复发.结论 该方法操作简单易行、痛苦少、恢复快、复发率低,是治疗腹股沟疝的理想术式.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical value of Tension-free Herniorrhaphy in treatment of 218 Cases with Inguinal Hernia.METHODS 218 patients with Inguinal Hernia were collected from May 2003 to Oct.2011 in our hospital,and all the patients were received He US flat Short plug patch treatment.RESULTS The operation time was at the range of 30-90 minutes,with an average of 70 minutes.All the patients were followed up for 6-36 months,and no foreign body sensation and recurrence presented.CONCLUSION The method is simple,less pain,quicker recovery,and less recurrence,which is ideal surgery for surgical treatment of inguinal hernia. |
