手术室工作人员身心健康状况调查及心理干预效果分析

目的探讨手术室工作人员身心健康状况以及心理干预的效果。方法将某院31名手术室工作人员设为观察组,并选取同期健康志愿者30人作为对照组。请两组人员在专业人员统一指导下不记名方式接受症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查,对两组结果进行统计分析。针对手术室工作人员心理状况进行适当干预,对干预前后进行比较。结果手术室工作人员SCL-90各因子评分均明显高于对照组,SDS及SAS评分亦明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);手术室工作人员经过心理干预SCL-90以及SDS、SAS评分均明显下降,与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论手术室工作人员普遍存在着身心健康问题,对其实施必要的心理干预有利于健康和工作。

Investigation on physical and mental health state and analysis on the effect of psychological intervention for staff in operation room

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of physical and mental health and psychological intervention for the staff in operation room.METHODS 31 staff in hospital operation room were set as the observation group,and 30 healthy volunteers at the same period were chosen as the control group.Two groups under the unified guidance of professionals were taken by secret ballot to accept the symptoms rating scale(SCL-90),the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)survey.The results of the two sets of results were taken for statistical analysis.Took appropriate intervention according to the psychological conditions for operation room staff.Took comparison before and after the intervention.RESULTS The scores of SCL-90 of each factor for operation room staff in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group.The SDS and SAS scores were also significantly higher than the control group,the difference was obvious(P﹤0.05).After taking the psychological intervention,the SCL-90,SDS,and SAS score for operation room staff were significantly decreased compared with before the intervention,there were significant differences(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The staff in operation room have the prevalence of physical and mental health problems.The implementation of necessary psychological intervention is conducive to health and work.
