12省项目地区1157例耐多药肺结核患者治疗情况分析

目的 分析中国全球基金耐多药肺结核项目患者治疗情况,为制定适合我国国情的耐多药肺结核患者治疗策略提供参考依据.方法 通过项目月报表、季报表和专题收集耐多药肺结核患者治疗及痰菌阴转数据,分析患者纳入治疗情况、标准化治疗方案使用情况和6月末痰菌阴转情况.结果 1 157例确诊耐多药肺结核患者,仅700例(60.5％)患者纳入抗结核药物化学治疗；收集治疗方案的473例患者中,433例(91.5％)患者使用标准化治疗方案；259例完成6个月治疗的患者中,6月末痰涂片和痰培养阴转率分别为79.4％和78.6％.结论 确诊耐多药肺结核患者纳入治疗比例偏低,大部分患者能够接受二线抗结核药物组成的标准化治疗方案,并取得较好的初步治疗效果.

The treatment analysis of 1157 cases of multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in project areas of 12 provinces

OBJECTIVE To analyze the treatment of multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-TB)cases of Global Fund Tuberculosis project,to provide some reference data for the national treatment strategy that adapt to China current situation.METHODS Collected data that monthly,quarterly reports of project and special survey to analyze the enrollment rate,the use of standardized treatment regimen among all the enrolled MDR-TB cases and the sputum conversion rate at the end of six month.RESULTS Among 1 157 drug susceptible test(DST)conformed MDR-TB cases,700(60.5%)cases were enrolled in treatment;433(91.5%)cases received standardized regimen among 473 cases in the special survey;among 124 MDR-TB cases that finished 6 months treatment,the sputum smear and culture conversion rate was 79.4% and 78.6% respectively.CONCLUSION The proportion of confirmed MDR-TB enrolled in treatment is relatively low,standardized treatment regimen is adapted to most of the MDR-TB cases and has achieved an ideal treatment outcome.
