膦甲酸钠对带状疱疹的治疗作用及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的 观察膦甲酸钠对带状疱疹的治疗作用及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法 将符合病例入选标准的120例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组60例.2组均治以阿昔洛韦、维生素B1、甲钴胺,对照组同时以膦甲酸钠注射液静脉滴注,250 ml(3 g)/次,1次/d.2组均以治疗1周为1个疗疗程,治疗4周后评价疗效.所有患者均于治疗前及治疗4周后抽外周静脉血,采用流式细胞仪和CD3F、CD4PE、CDaPE试剂检测血中CD3、CD4和CD8水平.结果 CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8等指标治疗前后2组组内相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗后2组组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间等指标2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治愈率为83.33％,总有效率为98.33％；对照组治愈率为66.67％,总有效率为81.67％.2组治愈率、总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 膦甲酸钠对带状疱疹有较好的治疗作用,其可升高外周血中CD3、CD4、CD8水平.

Foscarnet for the treatment of herpes zoster and its effect on t lymphocyte subsets

OBJECTIVE To observe the foscarnet for the treatment of herpes zoster and its effects on T lymphocyte subsets.METHODS 120 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.Both 2 groups had acyclovir,vitamin B1,methylcobalamin,and the control group additionally had foscarnet intravenous injection,250 ml(3g)/second,1/d.The 2 groups were treated for for 4 weeks.Peripheral venous blood was taken for test before and after the treatment.CD3,CD4 and CD8 levels in blood were tested by flow cytometry and CD3F,CD4PE,CDaPE reagent.RESULTS CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and other indicators before and after treatment had statistical difference in the 2 groups(P﹤0.05).After the treatment,two groups had significant difference(P﹤0.05).Analgesia time,blisters time,crusted time,scab time and other indicators of the 2 groups had significant difference(P﹤0.05).The cure rate of observation group was 83.33%,and total effective rate was 98.33%;for the control group,the cure rate was 66.67%,and total effective rate was 81.67%.They had significant difference with each other(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Foscarnet has a good effect for the treatment of herpes zoster,and it can elevate CD3,CD4,CD8 levels in peripheral blood.
