锁骨钩钢板与克氏针张力带治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折疗效对比

目的比较锁骨钩钢板与克氏针张力带治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法对某院2008年1月～2011年1月间行锁骨钩钢板(n=68)和克氏针张力带(n=62)治疗治疗的130例肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果锁骨钩钢板组的手术时间和术中出血量与克氏针张力带组差异无统计学意义,但是其并发症发生率显著比克氏针张力带组小,另外锁骨钩钢板组患者的肩关节功能显著地比克氏针张力带组好。结论锁骨钩钢板是一种在治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折上优于克氏针张力带的新方法,值得推广。

Comparison the curative effect of clavicular hook plate and Kirschner wire fixation in treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fracture

OBJECTIVE To compare the curative effect of clavicular hook plate and Kirschner wire fixation in treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and the distal clavicle fracture. METHODS Retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of clavicular hook plate (n = 68) and Kirschner wire fixation (n = 62) in treatment of patients with the acromioclavicular joint dislocation and the distal clavicle fracture in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011. RESULTS There was no significant differences in the operation time and the Peri-operative bleeding between the clavicular hook plate group and Kirschner wire fixation group. However, the incidence rate of complications in the clavicular hook plate group was significantly higher that in the Kirschner wire fixation group. In addition, the shoulder functions was significantly better than that in the Kirschner wire fixation group. CONCLUSION The clavicular hook plate is better than Kirschner wire fixation in treatment of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation and the distal clavicle fracture, and is worthy of recommending.
