| 摘 要： | 目的探讨云南白药气雾剂治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法将78例因静脉输液发生静脉炎的病人随机分为2组,实验组40例用云南白药气雾剂喷洒,对照组38例用硫酸镁湿敷。观察2组疗效。结果实验组消肿、止痛、软化血管的时间明显快于对照组(P﹤0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论云南白药气雾荆治疗静脉炎效果良好,且优于临床上常用的50%硫酸镁湿敷法.可广泛应用于临床。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol topical in treatment of phlebitis. METHODS 78 phlebitis cases caused by intravenous infusion were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the experimental group receiving Yunnan Baiyao aerosol topical sprays, and 38 cases in the control group with magnesium sulfate wet. The curative effect of the two groups were compared. RESULTS The pain, swelling and the softening vascular time in the experimental study were significantly faster than in control group (P﹤0.01). CONCLUSION The effect of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol topical in treatment of phlebitis showed to be good, and is better than 50% of magnesium sulfate compress. This method can be widely used in clinical. |
