成都口岸2004～2009年出入境人员HIV感染状况监测与分析

目的了解成都口岸出入境人员HIV感染情况及流行病学特征,为加强口岸艾滋病防控工作提供信息。方法对2004～2009年四川国际旅行卫生保健中心监测的40例HIV感染者的流行病学资料进行统计学分析。结果成都口岸出入境人员2004～2009年共检出40例HIV感染者,检出率为0.33‰(0.06%～0.60%),年检出率呈上升趋势。其中39名男性,1名女性。75%为外派劳务人员;年龄以30～39岁为主;性接触传播为主要感染途径。结论成都口岸出入境人员HIV感染者以青壮年和外派劳务人员为主,呈逐年增加的趋势,表明口岸艾滋病防控工作应随之加强。

Surveillance of HIV infection among entry-exit personnel in Chengdu Port from 2004 to 2009

OBJECTIVE To understand the status and epidemiology features of HIV infection among entry-exit personnels at Chengdu Port, to provide reference for surveillance and prevention of HIV. METHODS The data of 40 HIV infected patients at Chengdu port was analyzed between 2004-2009. RESULTS 40 cases with positive reaction of HIV were found. The total detection rate was 0.33‰ (0.06%-0.60%). The annual detection rate showed increased. Among these HIV infection patients, 39 were males and 1 was female. 75% of them were Chinese workers dispatched abroad, and the age was at the range of 30-39 years. The main route for HIV infection was sexually transmitted. CONCLUSION It indicated that HIV infection of entry-exit personnel has increased year by year, especially among young and middle-aged workers dispatched abroad. Health education and behavioral intervention should be enhanced in order to prevent the further spreading.
