脑膜瘤术前栓塞治疗的临床分析

目的探究脑膜瘤在手术之前进行栓塞治疗的意义。方法将100例脑膜瘤患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例,治疗组术前进行栓塞治疗,对照组没有进行栓塞。结果术前栓塞可以降低手术切除难度,治疗组的平均失血量为250.6mL,对照组的平均失血量为450mL,两组对比,差异有显著性。结论手术前进行栓塞治疗可以明显地减轻了手术切除的难度与手术风险。

Clinical Analysis of Preoperative Embolization on Meningiomas

Objeetive Research in operation before the embolization of meaning. Methods Results 100 cases of meningioma patients were divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group, the treatment group preoperative embolization therapy, the control group did not perform embolization. Result Preoperative embolization can reduce the difficulty of operation excision, treatment group the mean blood loss was 250.6mL,controls the mean blood loss was 450mL, between the two groups,there were significant differences. Conclusion Operation before the embolization therapy can significantly reduce the operation difficulty and operation risk.
