舒肝片治疗不同亚型功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的观察舒肝片治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的餐后不适综合征(PDS)及上腹痛综合征(EPS)两种亚型的不同疗效。方法 133例患者分为PDS组及EPS组;PDS组70例,EPS组63例,均采用口服舒肝片、兰索拉唑、多潘立酮治疗,疗程2周。结果 PDS组总有效率92.9%,EPS组总有效率74.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝片治疗PDS和EPS两种亚型的FD患者,PDS患者的疗效优于EPS患者。

Curative Effect Observation of Shugan Tabel in the Treatment of Different Subtypes of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the Shugan tablet in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of Postprandial distress syndrome （PDS） and Epigastric pain syndrome（EPS） two subtypes of different curative effect. Methods The 133 patients were divided into PDS group and EPS group; 70 cases in PDS group, EPS group of 63 patients, using per oral Shugan tablet, lansoprazole, domperidone therapy, a treatment course of 2 weeks. Results In PDS group, the total efficiency of 92.9%; in EPS group, the total efficiency of 74.6%, comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shugan tablet in the treatment of PDS and EPS two subtypes of FD patients, PDS patients with superior efficacy in patients with EPS.
