临床护士心理健康水平和工作压力相关性研究

目的：了解临床护士的工作压力、心理健康现状及两者的关系。方法：采用自拟的一般情况调查表、护士工作压力源量表、SCL-90症状自评表对某院257名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果：护士工作压力源表中5个维度的平均分依次为2．40±0．60，2．47±0．78，2．27土0．79，2．26士0．58和1．73±0．57；SCL-90症状自评量表90项总分大于等于160分的45人，占17．5％；筛选症状阳性的89人，占3,1．6％；心理健康相关因素的单因素logistic回归分析发现，护理专业及工作问题的偏回归系数β=-1．019，Wald=8．777，P〈0．01，OR=0．361。结论：某院护士的工作压力处于中等水平，在工作量和时间分配问题、护理专业及工作问题造成的压力较大；护理专业及工作问题的均分对SCL-90症状阳性有预测作用，在护理专业及工作问题维度压力大的护士更有可能出现SCL-90症状阳性。

Relationship between psychological health level and work pressure of clinical nurses

Objective To explore work pressure and psychological health situation of the clinical nurses in Hefei Third People's Hospital,as well as the relationship between the two.MethodsSelf--designed general questionnaire,Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire,and Symptom Checklist-90 were used to survey 257 clinical nurses.Results T Average scores of the five factors of the Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire are 2.40±0.60,2.47±0.78,2.27±0.79,2.26±0.58,and 1.73±0.57 respectively.Forty five subjects (17.5%) got total score greater than or equal to 160 points,eighty nine subjects (34.6%) screened positive symptoms on Symptom Checklist-90.Single factor logistic regression analysis on psychological health related factors revealed the predictive variables of nurses speciahy and work regression coefficient β=-1.019,Wald= 8.777,P<0.01 ,OR= 0.361.Conclusion The work pressure of the nurses in our hospital is in the medium level.The pressure is relatively high in the work load and time assignment area,and in the nurse specialty and work area.The average score of nurse specialty and work can predict SCL-90 positive symptoms.Nurses having higher pressure in the nurse specialty and work area have higher probability of getting SCL-90 positive symptoms.
