| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术的方法、安全性和有效性。方法:回顾分析2006年10月至2007年10月我院为10例患者行腹腔镜脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术的临床资料。结果:10例均成功完成腹腔镜手术,手术时间180～270min,平均(200±30)min,术中出血300～1500ml,平均(400±60)ml。结论:完全腹腔镜脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术安全可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the method,safety and efficacy of laparoscopic splenectomy(LS)and pericardial devascularization.Methods:The clinical data of ten patients underwent LS and pericardial devascularization from Oct.2006 to Oct.2007 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the laparoscopic operations were completed successfully.The operation time was 180-270min,averaged(200±30)min.Intra-operative blood loss was 300-1 500ml,averaged(400±60)ml.Conclusions:Laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization is safe and feasible. |
