| 摘 要： | 目的观察DAR疗法治疗急性胰腺炎的疗程。方法观察应用DAR疗法治疗的急性胰腺炎患者共233例。结果如果CT表现为胰腺质地均匀、胰周无渗出，DAR疗法连用3d，停药后复发的概率很小。如果CT表现为胰腺质地不均、胰周有渗出，DAR疗法连用14d，停药后复发的概率极小。结论急性胰腺炎的CT表现可以作为DAR疗法治疗急性胰腺炎疗程的判断标准。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the course of treatment of DAR therapy on acute pancreatitis. Methods Two hundred and thirty-three cases of acute pancreatitis were observed. Results When CT imaging showed pancreatic density uniformity and no peripancreatic fluid collection,the pancreatitis recurred rarely following DAR therapy for 3 days,and when CT imaging showed pancreatic density asymmetry and peripancreatic fluid collection,it needed DAR therapy for 14 days. Conclusion CT imaging can guide the course of treatment of DAR therapy on acute pancreatitis. |
