川崎病基础治疗在基层医院的诊治探讨

目的：回顾性分析37例川崎病的诊疗过程，探讨川崎病的基础治疗措施。方法：对37例川崎病患儿的就诊经过、临床表现、辅助检查、入院诊断及治疗效果进行统计分析。所有病例均给予肠溶阿司匹林、双嘧达莫、丹参注射液及VitC注射液静脉滴注治疗。结果：32例（86．5％）取得满意疗效。部分病例（13．5％）短期加用泼尼松治疗，37例均未给予静脉丙种球蛋白（IVIG），住院10～15d完全治愈出院。随访6～18月无一例发生冠状动脉瘤。结论：基层医院对5岁以下不明原因发热5d以上的患儿应警惕川崎病的发生。农村经济条件有限，基层医院血液制品药源紧缺，采用阿司匹林＋双嘧达莫，辅以丹参注射液和VitC注射液联合治疗川崎病疗效满意。

Basic Treatment of Kawasaki Disease in Primary Hospitals

Objective:A retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment process of 37 cases of Kawasaki disease,to explore the basic treatment measures of Kawasaki disease.
