| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢癌组织HSPTO的表达及HSP70与组织类型 ,组织分级 ,患者年龄之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法分别检测 4 2例卵巢癌组织中HSP70的表达。结果卵巢癌中HSP70阳性率高于正常组织 ,而且HSP70在低分化卵巢癌中的阳性率高于高分化癌。结论说明HSP70的过度表达可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展以及预后有关 |

| Abstract: | objective To determine the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP 70) in ovarian carcinomas and to reveal the relationship between HSP 70 and the development of ovarian carcinomas. Methods The immunohistochemical way SP was performed to estimated the HSP 70in 42 cases of ovarian carcinomas. Results HSP 70 positive was observed in 27 cases (64. 3%) of 42 ovarian carcinomas. Furthermore, the expression of HSP 70 was stronger in poorly differentiated than in well differentiated tumors. Conclusion: The overexpression of HSP 70 may relate to the development and pregnosis of ovarian carcinomas. |
