COX-2与淋巴结转移对宫颈癌预后影响的研究

目的：研究环氧合酶-2（cyclooxygenase-2，COX-2）及淋巴结转移对宫颈癌预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化SP法，检测95例宫颈癌患者中COX-2的表达情况，并采用生存分析法评估COX-2表达与淋巴结转移对宫颈癌预后的影响。结果 COX-2在95例宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为65.26%（62/95），COX-2的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、宫旁或脉管浸润呈正相关（r=0.220，P=0.032；r=0.215，P=0.037）。生存分析显示，COX-2阳性表达（P=0.005）、淋巴结转移（P=0.000）与宫颈癌患者的预后密切相关。结论 COX-2及淋巴结转移是宫颈癌患者预后的独立影响因素，对判断预后及指导治疗具有重要的临床价值。

Effects of COX-2 and lymph-node metastasis on prognosis of cervical cancer

Objective To study the effects of COX-2 and lymph-node metastasis on the prognosis of cervical can-cer. Method The expression of COX-2 was identified by immunohistochemically S-P method in the paraffin sec-tions, and survival analysis was applied to evaluated the effect of COX-2 expression and lymph-node metastasis on the prognosis of cervical cancer, while Kaplan-Meier plots provided. Result The positive expression rate of COX-2 was 65.26% (62/95) in 95 patients with cervical cancer, which was positively associated with lymph-node metastasis and latero-uterus or vessel infiltration (r=0.220, P=0.032; r=0.215, P=0.037, respectively). Survival analysis indicated that positive expression of COX-2 and lymph-node metastasis were both closely related with the prognosis of cervical cancer (P=0.005; P=0.000, respectively). Conclusion COX-2 and lymph-node metastasis are independent prognosis factors in cervical cancer, which may serve as predictors with clinical importance.
