| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩超在产前筛查和诊断早中孕期胎儿畸形中的临床价值。方法对817例早中孕期妊娠的孕妇进行彩超筛查。结果发现胎儿畸形16例,全部病例均经染色体及病理检查。结论彩超筛查早中孕期胎儿畸形有较高的临床价值,应作为早中孕期常规首选检查方法。
