| 摘 要： | 治疗灵是黄芪、丹参、紫草、柴胡等多种复方中药制剂。本实验以０．１％四氯化碳皮下注射造成小白鼠肝损伤，然后用治肝灵灌胃。一周后取材，经常规组织学技术处理，并进行组织观察。同时进行谷丙转氨酶检测。

| Abstract: | Zhiganling is a kind of compound Chinese medicine,comsisting of Astragalus henryl,Salvia,Gromwell, Bupleurum etc. The hepatic injury was induced by subcutaneous injection of 0.1% carbon tetrachlorid(Ccl 4) in mouse. Then the mouse was administrated with Zhiganling. After a week,the samples were taken for routine histopathological observation. At the sametime,the glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) was examined. The results suggest that Zhiganling could singnificantly reduce the glutamic pyruvic transaminase in mouse with hepatitis caused by Ccl 4. It exerts a protective action for hapatic injury. |
