色盲角膜接触镜的临床应用

目的 :探讨红绿色盲患者戴色盲角膜接触镜后辨色力的改变状况和色盲角膜接触镜的实用性。方法 :色觉正常对照组 (Gn组 )和红绿色盲实验组 (Gc组 )各 10例 ,年龄匹配 ,矫正视力 1.0。两组在使用色盲角膜接触镜前后 ,针对色调图片 (红、黄、绿、蓝、绛、褐、灰 )、《色觉检查图》、《色盲检查D 15色彩排列盒》 ,比较戴镜前后不同的色觉变化。结果 :色觉检查图中的第一、第二组类型的假同色图 ,Gc组戴镜前读不出 ,戴镜后能读出 ;Gn组戴镜前后均能读出 ;第三组类型的假同色图Gc组戴镜前后不能读出 ,Gn组戴镜前能读出 ,戴镜后不能读出。D 15色彩排列检查Gc组戴镜前后均不能正确排列色调顺序 ;Gn组戴镜前排列正确 ,戴镜后排列错误。结论 :红绿色盲患者戴色盲角膜接触镜后能提高对某些假同色图的分辨能力 ,使原来混淆的色调有了深浅的变化 ,但不能改善其对自然环境中的色彩分辨

Clinical use of a red-tinted contact lens

Objective:To analyze the effect of wearing a red tinted contact lens(the X Chrom lens) for chromatic discrimination in red green color blindness.Methods:10 normal color vision subjects were used as the control group(Gn) and 10 red green color blind subjects were used as the test group(Gc). Visual acuity was corrected to 1.0 for all subjects. Both groups were tested on the Color Vision Test and the D 15 Hue Box Test. All subjects were tested under two conditions,with and without wearing the tinted contact lenses,and results for all subjects under both conditions were compared.Results:When wearing the tinted lenses,subjects demonstrated improved performance on certain pseudoisochromatic color plates but performance was either degraded or unchanged on the D 15 Hue Test.Conclusion:Subjects obtained higher scores on certain color vision tests while wearing the lenses but these lenses do not actually correct color vision in the natural environment.
