北京市朝阳区825例流动孕产妇产前检查现状及影响因素分析

目的了解北京市朝阳区流动孕产妇产前检查的基本现状及相关影响因素,为制定流动孕产妇孕期保健服务的相关卫生政策提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样,选取朝阳区流动人口相对密集的7个街道/乡镇随机抽取825例流动产妇(对象为1岁以下儿童母亲)进行回顾性问卷调查。结果流动产妇中认为妊娠期间需要进行产前检查的为93.0%,而实际孕期建立《母子健康档案》的只占35.5%;21.2%的流动产妇在私人诊所做过产前检查。在对医院服务的综合评价中最不满意的是就诊等候时间。结论私人诊所为流动孕产妇提供廉价和不健全的产前检查服务这一因素不容忽视。通过取缔非法行医诊所,改善医疗管理体制,制定合理的收费标准,以满足不同层次流动孕产妇的孕期保健需求;加大宣传力度是增强孕产妇主动寻求孕期保健服务的有效手段。

Analysis on status and influence factors of antenatal care among 825 migrant pregnant women in Chaoyang District,Beijing

Objective To understand the current status of antenatal care and its influence factors among migrant pregnant women in Chaoyang District,provide a basis for making related health care policies for migrant pregnant women during pregnancy.Methods 825 migrant pregnant women, whose children under 1 year old, were selected by stratified random sampling method in seven streets/ villages,with relatively high dense floating population,Chaoyang District,then they were surveyed by a retrospective questionnaire.Results About 93.0% migrant pregnant women agreed. That the antenatal care was necessary during pregnancy,but ,actually,only 35.5% established "mother and child health records";About 21.2% migrant pregnant women had antenatal examination done in private clinics. Waiting time for treatment was the most dissatisfied in a comprehensive evaluation of hospital services. Conclusions Private clinics offer low-cost but inadequate prenatal care services for migrant pregnant women should not be ignored.By banning the illegal clinics, improving the medical management system, developing a reasonable medical fees, to meet different levels of needs of migrant pregnant women during pregnancy; Enlarging health education provides an effective means to promote migrant pregnant women to seek maternal health care initiatively.
