MSCT评价左心室整体功能

目的：评价多层CT（MSCT）横轴位图像评价左心室整体功能的可行性。方法：同期行心脏MSCT检查和心脏电影MRI检查的受检者26例，以电影MRI结果作为参照标准，以MSCT横轴位图像和短轴位重组图像评价左心室整体功能的结果，统计学分析采用配对t检验。结果：MSCT横轴位图像评价的舒张末期容积（EDV）和收缩末期容积（ESV）比短轴位重组图像大（P=0．000，P=0．000），但搏出量（SV）和射血分数（EF）结果相似（P=0．127，P=0．053）。结论：MSCT横轴位图像评价左心室整体功能是可行的，且可以节省后处理时间。

MSCT evaluation of the left ventricle global function

Objective： To evaluate the feasibility of left ventricle global function from muhislice computed tomography （MSCT） axial images in comparison with short-axis reformation images. Methods： This study included 26 patients accepting both cardiac MSCT and cardiac cine MRI. We evaluated MSCT axial image results and short-axis reformation image results using cine MRI as the reference standard. The results were compared with pairing t test. Results： End-diastolic volume （EDV）and end-systolic volume （ESV） were significantly overestimated by axial images in comparison with short-axis reformation image （P=0.000 and P=0.000, respectively）, while stroke volume （SV）and ejection fraction （EF）were not significandy different（P=0.127 and P=0.053, respectively）. Conclusion： Evaluation of left ventricle global function from MSCT axial images is feasible and time efficient.
