| 摘 要： | 自1980年起,流行性出血热在我市流行,病例逐年增多,误诊为数不少,常被误诊为急腹症、肾脏疾病、血液病、中枢神经系统感染、其他感染性疾病,等等。在总结经验教训的基础上,本文对误诊原因进行了探讨,获得了减少误诊的几点体会。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we report 10 cases of misdiagnosed epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). As this disease is associated with many different symptoms, it is often Overlooked, and misdiagnosed as acute abdomen, leukemia, renal diseases, diseases of central nervous system and other infections etc. After the clinicians learn more about the disease, the possibility of misdiagnosis can be minimized. Five conditions characterizing EHF are presented. If any of them appears, EHF should be suspected. |
