广州市4770名小学生健康状况调查分析

目的了解广州市东山区4770名小学生的营养状况和常见病的患病情况。方法选用2005年广州市东山区农林街的小学健康检查结果进行分析和评价。结果各年龄组小学生营养不良和肥胖的比例均较高,其中男生肥胖的检出率明显高于女生,女生营养不良的比例明显高于男生;随着年龄增长小学生的视力不良率逐渐上升,且女生视力不良发生率高于男生;与国内同类调查结果相比,各年龄组小学生沙[的患病率均较高,而龋齿与贫血患病率则明显低于全国小学生的平均水平。结论整个社会应加强联系与协作,开展有效的健康教育,倡导良好的健康习惯,加强体育锻炼,提高小学生的健康水平。

Investigation of health status of 4770 pupils in Guangzhou City

Objective To investigate the health status among 4770 pupils in Guangzhou City. Methods Health status of 4770 pupils were measured in Guangzhou City in 2005. Results Malnutrition and obesity were popular in pupils, and the obesity rate of schoolboys was higher than that of girls, while the malnutrition rate of girls was higher. Older pupils' poor eyesight rate was higher than younger', while girls' poor eyesight rate was higher than boys'. Compared with pupils in other cities, these pupils' trachoma rate was higher, while their dental caries rate and anemia rate were lower. Conclusion In order to improve pupils' health status, we should pay more attention on health education, develop healthy living habit and promote exercise behavior.
