CO2激光修复颅神经实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察激光对颅神经再生情况的影响,探讨激光吻合颅神经的可能性。方法:将10只家猫的两侧动眼神经在颅内切断后,分别以CO2(1.5W,光斑长0.5cm,宽0.3mm)激光原位吻合修复,和常规丝线缝合修复,术后进行瞳孔对光反射、神经纤维直径与通过率等指标的观察。结果:14周后激光吻合侧瞳孔对光反射功能恢复良好,神经组织学观察轴突再生情况好,神经纤维通过率达83.47%,明显好于缝合侧。结论:CO2激光可做为修复颅神经的一种较好工具

Abstract:Objective:To study the possibility of the carbon dioxide laser on severe cranial nerve repair,and observe the effect of laser on cranial nerves. Methods:The bilateral intracranial oculomotor nerves of cats were transected,then one side was reconstructed by liner style carbon dioxide laser at the local site,another side was sutured by conventional methods. Reflextion of pupils, diameter of regenerated fibers and rate of fibers crossing anastomosis area were recorded and analysed postoperatively. Results: After 14 weeks,the pupil of the laser side recovered from amplifying of denervation. Histomorphological examinations revealed good axon regeneration,the rate of nerve fibers crossing the laser anastomosis area was 83 47%,and no remarkble damages were found,all these were superior to suture side. Conclusions: The present results indicated that carbon dioxide laser could be used effectively in the microsurgical repair on cranial nerves.
