复方丹参注射液治疗儿童顽固性肾病

目的 了解复方丹参注射液缓解顽固性肾病高凝状态后的临床症状消失与复发情况。方法 在以复方丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗儿童顽固肾病，2．5～7岁5～6ml／次／d，大于7岁以上10ml～15ml／次／d，7d为一疗程，间隔2周，反复4～6个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组有效率及复发率均差别有显著（P＜0．05）。结论 复方丹参注射液可增加肾血流量，降低甘油三脂缓解高凝状态，可提高治疗组有效率，降低复发率。

Compound Salvia in Treatment of Child Refractory Nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical symptom disappearance and recurrence after compound red-rooted salvia relieving the refractory nephropathy with hypercoagulable state.Methods The compound red-rooted salvia injection is used to treat child refractory nephropathy by intravenous infusion.2.5~7 years old patients should receive injection 5~6 ml/time/day. Patients over 7 years old received 10ml~15ml/time/day. 7 days is one treatment period with an interval of 2 weeks.Repeat such treatment period for 4~6 times.Results Both the effective rate of treatment group and control group and the recurence rate of them have remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound red-rooted salvia can increase renal blood flow,reduce triglyceride,relieve the conditions of high coagulation,and thereby improve the effective rate of treatment group, decrease the recurrence and thus improve the long-term curative effects.
