同期穿透性角膜移植白内障摘除人工晶状体植入三联手术的远期疗效评价

摘    要:目的:评价穿透性角膜移植联合白内障摘除人工晶状体植入三联手术的效果和优点。方法:对9例中央性角膜白斑合并白内障患者,从角膜移植孔行开放式白内障囊外摘除,植入后房型人工晶状体。结果:经5~9a随访观察,角膜植片透明7例,半透明2例;术后矫正视力0.06~0.08者2例,0.1~0.2者2例,0.3~0.4者4例,0.5者1例。所有病例眼压正常,有轻度后发性白内障1例,未作处理,1次角膜植片术后发生免疫排斥反应2例,2次免疫排斥反应1例。结论:同期穿透性角膜移植白内障摘除人工晶状体植入三联手术是治疗角膜白斑合并白内障较理想的治疗方法。

Abstract:AIM:To evaluate the long-term effect of triad penetrating keratoplasty,extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE) and intraocular lens implantation for corneal leucoma with cataract.·METHODS: Nine patients with central corneal leucoma and cataract were operated using method of triad penetrating keratoplasty,open style ECCE and intraocular lens implantation.·RESLUTS: Postoperative follow-up for 5-9 years,7 donor’s graft were transparent,2 were semi-transparent;corrected visual acuity:2 cases were 0.06-0.08,2 were 0.1-0.2,4 were 0.3-0.4,1 was 0.5;intraocular pressure was normal for all patients,1 with mild after cataract,graft rejection occurred once for 2 patients,and twice for 1 patient.·CONCLUSION: Tri-combined surgery is an ideal method for corneal leucoma together with cataract.
