| 摘 要： | 目的:提高小儿急性肠套叠空气灌肠整复成功率及预防并发症。方法:对268例临床诊断为急性肠套叠患儿进行空气灌肠整复。结果:空气灌肠整复成功252例(94%),其中24例经2次整复成功,2例在术前麻醉后第三次整复成功,失败16例。结论:空气灌肠是诊断与治疗小儿肠套叠的最好方法,不仅能有效地提高整复成功率,还能避免并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objection:To improve the success rate of air enema reduction of infant intussusception and decrease complications.Methods:From January 2002 to June 2004, 268 infant of intussusception were treated with air enema.Results:The success cases of air enema was 252 cases (94%), 24 cases of which were successful in the second time and 2 cases were successful in the third time,16 cases were failure.Conclusion:Air enema was the best method in treating and diagnosing infant intussusception.Correct pressure, intermittent air enema, adequate manual massage and comprehensive assessment of patient's condition could improve the success rate of air enema reduction of infant intussusception and decrease complications. |
