2005～2007年我院抗菌药物应用分析

目的：了解我院2005～2007年药物的应用状况，分析评价其发展趋势及合理性，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：利用我院药剂科计算机管理软件检索2005～2007年我院抗菌药物的出库数量、金额，应用限定日剂量法分析抗菌药物使用情况。结果：我院抗菌药物应用中，头孢菌素类、其他β-内酰胺类、氟喹诺酮类一直占据前3名，且呈现逐年增长的趋势。结论：我院抗菌药物的应用在逐步规范化、合理化，但仍然存在问题，应进一步规范抗菌药物的应用，使用药更加安全、有效、经济。

Utilization of Antibiotics in Our hospital During 2005 - 2007

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of antibiotics in our hospital during 2005 - 2007 and to analyze and evaluate its development trend and rationality for clinical reference of rational use of antibiotics. METHODS ： The data about consumption quantity and consumption sum of the antibiotics in our hospital were retrieved by means of computer management software in pharmacy department and the clinical utilization of antibiotics was analyzed using the method of defined daily dose. RESULTS： Cephalosporins, the other 13-1actams and Quinolones have dominated the first places among the antibiotics used in our hospital over the three years, and their consumption kept increasing year by year. CONCLUSION： The use of antibiotics in our hospital is on the way toward normalization and rationalization, but it is still far from perfect. Therefore, the use of antibiotics should be standardized further to ensure safe, efficient, economical drug use.
