细菌性阴道病与抗精子抗体的相关性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨细菌性阴道病 (bacterialvaginosis,BV)与抗精子抗体 (antispermantibodies ,As Ab)的关系。方法 通过检测不孕妇女的抗精子抗体 ,分析细菌性阴道病与抗精子抗体的相关性。结果 经统计学分析各组间阳性率比较 ,血清AsAb ,BV不孕组与非BV不孕组相比显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;宫颈粘液AsAb ,BV不孕组与非BV不孕组有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;各组均高于健康孕妇对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。BV与AsAb的相关性 :BV感染阳性与血清AsAb、宫颈粘液AsAb阳性相关分析 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论 BV与免疫性不孕的形成和发展有一定的关系。尤其是与AsAb的产生有相关性 ,致使反复自然流产增加。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationships between bacterial vaginosis and antisperm antibodies.Method The authors detected the antisperm antibodies of infertile women,to analysis on relationships between bacterial vaginosis and immunoantobodies.Result Statistical analys was all groups positive rates compare.Serum antisperm antibodies in infertile group with bacterial vaginosis (BV)was higher than it in infertile group with BV(P<0.05).Cervical mucus antisperm antibodies in infertile group with BV relativity between TV and antisperm antibodies,infecting BV was directly antibodies formation (P<0.05).Conclusion Bacterial vaginosis is positively related to immunoinfertility formation.Especially BV is directly associted with antisperm antibody formation,and result in recurrent spontaneous abortion increasing.
