| 摘 要： | 总结了56例急性心肌梗塞静脉溶栓再灌注心律失常患者的护理。认为(1)加强业务学习,掌握再灌注心律失常的心电图表现,熟悉抢救程序,争分夺秒进行早期心肺复苏。(2)备好各种抢救器材和药品。(3)加强观察,及时发现病情变化,赢得抢救时机。(4)做好心理护理,消除患者不良情绪,使其配合治疗。(5)注意药物副作用的观察。

| Abstract: | It summarizes the nursing to streptokinase reperfusion arrhythmia of acute myocardial infarction,and views that (1)Strengthen business study,grasp the ECG of arrhythmia of reperfusion,understand rescue procedure,make early heart-lung recovery. (2)Prepare various rescue instruments and medicines. (3)Reinforce observation,timely find symptoms changes,win rescue time. (4) Make good psychological nursing,remove patients' bad feeling and make them cooperate with doctors. (5) Pay attention to side effects of medicine. |
