葛根素合酚妥拉明治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作

目的：探讨葛根素配伍酚妥拉明治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作的疗效。方法：将132例慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期患者随机分为治疗和对照两组。对照组仅作常规治疗；治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用葛根素及酚妥拉明，1天1次，7～10天为1个疗程。结果：治疗组的显效率和总有效率均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗组血液流变指标改善程度优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义。结论：葛根素配伍酚妥拉明是治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期较为安全而有效的方法。

Treatment of Acute Outbreak of Pulmonary Heart Disease by Puerariae Combined with Phentolamine

Objective：To investigate the effect of puerariae combined with Phentolamine in treatment of acute outbreak of pulmonary heart disease （PHD）, Methods ：132 cases of acute outbreak of PHD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. The contrast group was treated by normal medicine. The treatment group was treated by puerariae combined with Phentolamine additionally one time each day. The period of treatment is about 7-10 tays. Results：The effective ratio and total effective ratio of the treatment group was higher than the contrast group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvement of blood rheology index in the treatment group was better than that in the contrast group, The difference had significant meaning. Conclusion： Puerariae combined with Phentolamine is effect and safe in treatment of acute outbreak of pulmonary heart disease.
