Ⅱ型糖尿病患者综合性心理干预对照研究

目的　了解综合性心理干预在 2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中的作用。方法　对 5 9例 2型糖尿病患者进行对照治疗和观察 ,干预组在常规药治疗、饮食控制的基础上合并教育性干预、个别心理治疗、患者互助治疗和音乐治疗等综合治疗方法。对照组仅常规药物治疗、饮食控制 ,观察治疗前后焦虑、抑郁情绪变化及空腹血糖、餐后血糖、Hb A1 C测定。结果　干预组较对照组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪评分及空腹血糖、餐后血糖、Hb A1 C均有显著降低 ,存在统计学差异。结论　提示 2型糖尿病患者在常规药物治疗的同时配合综合性心理干预有助于改善焦虑、抑郁情绪和提高治疗效果

A Control Study of Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Intervention for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To assess the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes.Method 59 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly assigned to two groups.One was intervened with routine treatment together with comprehensive psychological intervention,the other as control with routine treatment only the duration of treatment was 4 weeks.All patients were assesed by self-rating Depression (SDS) and self-rating anxiety (SAS).Blood glucose and HbA1C level were measured before and after the intervention.Result Compared with control group intervention group had less depression and less anxiety after 4 weeks,the level of blood gloucose before and after diet and Hba1C decreased more,the change of internent group have statistic significanle.Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can improve clinical out come,depression and Anxiety of patients with type 2 diabetes.
