| 摘 要： | 目的观察络活喜、洛汀新联合用药对高血压病患者并心肌肥厚的影响。方法50例中．重度患者并心肌肥厚口服络活喜5mg，1次／d，口服洛汀新10mg，1次／d，治疗20周。结果舒张末期室间隔厚度（IVSD），舒张末期左室后壁厚度（PWTD）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVDD）、左室重量（LVM）、左室重量指数（LVMI）明显降低，与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论络活喜。洛汀新联合治疗能降低血压，减轻心脏的负担，逆转高血压左心室肥厚的状况，疗效更显著。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the effects of amlodipine and benazepril therapy on hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy.Me,hods 50 samples of moderate to severe hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy amlodipine 5rag qd, benazepril 10mg qd treatment for 20 weeks.Results IVSD PWTD LVDD LVM LVMI deceased obviously,compared with the pretreatment, the differences was significant.Conclusion Significant effects of amlodipine and benazepril therapy on hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy was observed. |
