上海市浦东新区小学生口腔健康知识及行为调查

摘    要:目的了解上海市小学生口腔健康知识掌握情况、相关健康行为及获取口腔健康知识的途径,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法整群抽取上海市浦东新区4所小学一-五年级的学生1212名,采用自编问卷进行调查。结果 9个口腔健康知识问题中窝沟封闭的作用学生回答正确率最低,为17.66%,对牙齿健康有益的食物知晓率最高,为92.33%,刷牙率(刷牙≥1次/d)为94.72%,每日早、晚均刷牙者占调查人数的52.8%。小学生获取口腔健康知识的途径主要来自媒体、家人、教师和医护人员。结论小学生对口腔健康知识的了解欠佳。应进一步加强口腔健康知识的宣传教育,教师、家长应加强联系与配合,培养学生养成良好的口腔卫生习惯。

Abstract:Objective To understand the students' oral health knowledge and related behaviors in primary schools in Pudong District of Shanghai,as well as the channels from which they acquired health knowledge,and provide reference for establishing related intervention measures. Methods A cluster sample of 1212 students of Grade 1 to 5 were chosen from 4 primary schools in Pudong District,a questionnaire survey was carried out among the students. Results The lowest correct answer rate of the nine questions on oral health knowledge was 17. 66% for the role of nest groove closed,and the highest was92. 33% for what are teeth healthy foods. The teeth brushing rate( brushing teeth once or more than once a day) was 94. 72%. About 52. 8% of the students brushed their teeth every morning and evening. The main channels for the students to obtain oral health knowledge were media,families,teachers and doctors. Conclusion The oral health knowledge level that the pupils in Pudong District have grasped right now has some distance from the expectation. The contact and cooperation between the teachers and the parents need to be strengthened so that the students can be trained with the good oral health habits.
