2012年安徽省3类艾滋病高危人群哨点监测结果分析

目的 了解安徽省3类高危人群的艾滋病知识行为及感染情况,为制定相关艾滋病防治措施提供依据.方法 采用连续抽样的方法,对暗娼、男男性行为者及吸毒者人群进行问卷调查和血清学检测.结果 暗娼人群的艾滋病知识知晓率为82.4％,最近一次商业性行为安全套使用率为76.5％,HIV抗体阳性检出率为0.1％;男男性行为者人群的艾滋病知识知晓率为83.9％,最近一次与同性发生肛交性行为时安全套使用率为62.7％,HIV抗体阳性检出率为4.8％;吸毒人群的艾滋病知识知晓率为85.0％,最近一个月内有过注射吸毒行为比例为54.5％,HIV抗体阳性检出率为0.7％.结论 今后应以男男性行为人群为重点,进一步加强3类艾滋病高危人群的行为干预和检测工作,在扩大覆盖面的同时,加强工作力度.

Analysis of HIV/AIDS sentinel surveillance among three high-risk populations in Anhui Province in 2012

Objective To know HIV/AIDS related knowledge,behavior and infectious status among three high-risk populations in Anhui and provide support to draw up strategies for prevention and control of AIDS.Methods Cross-sectional sentinel surveys were conducted repeatedly with questionnaire survey and serological surveillance among CSW （commercial sex workers）,MSM （men who have sex with men） and DUS （drug users）.Results Among CSW,the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 82.4%,the rate of using condom in the last commercial sex was 76.5% and HIV positive rate was 0.1%.Among MSM,the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 83.9%,the rate of using condom in the last anal sex was 62.7% and HIV positive rate was 4.8%.Among DUS,the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 85.0%,the rate of injecting drug use in the last month was 54.5% and HIV positive rate was 0.7%.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen behavior intervention and HIV testing among three high-risk populations,and MSM should be the key population among them.
