徐州市农村地区居民糖尿病认知情况调查

目的 了解徐州农村地区居民对糖尿病的认知情况及其影响因素,为健康教育策略的制定与糖尿病的预防提供依据.方法 对徐州农村地区1028位居民进行随机抽样问卷调查,采用x^2分析、Logistic多因素回归分析等方法,对糖尿病的认知率、认知度及其相关因素进行分析.结果 被调查居民对糖尿病的总体认知率为36.8％,对糖尿病概念、症状、并发症、危险因素和预防方法的认知率分别为37.8％、34.4％、28.5％、48.1％和38.1％.单因素分析显示,居民对糖尿病的认知度与年龄、职业、文化程度、人均月收入和健康教育程度（P＜0.01）有关;Logistic多因素回归分析显示,居民对糖尿病的认知度与文化程度（OR=1.947）、健康教育程度（OR=1.778）和年龄（OR =0.653）有关.结论 徐州市农村地区居民对糖尿病的认知不足,加强健康宣传教育可有效提高居民特别是中老年居民对糖尿病的认知度;宣传内容应注重疾病知识与健康行为相结合.

Survey on awareness of diabetes among rural residents in Xuzhou

Objective To evaluate the awareness of diabetes and its influencing factors among rural residents in Xuzhou,and provide evidence for strategy development of health education and prevention for diabetes.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted randomly in 1028 residents in rural areas in Xuzhou,chi-squire test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the cognitive rate,level and its influencing factors of diabetes.Results The overall awareness rate was 36.8%.The correct responses percentages of diabetes definition,classical symptoms,complications,risk factors,and preventive measures were 37.8%,34.3%,28.5%,48.1%,and 38.1%,respectively.The awareness level was influenced by age,occupation,education level,income and health education （P 〈 0.01） in chi-squire test,while the influencing factors remained education level （OR =1.947）,health education （OR =1.778） and age （OR =0.653） in logistic regression analysis.Conclusion There is lack of awareness of diabetes among rural residents in Xuzhou,it is very important to strengthen health education especially to the elderly.Guide for lifestyle is as important as the knowledge of illness.
