2010年我国居民家庭限盐勺和控油壶普及情况分析

目的 了解2010年中国居民家庭限盐勺和控油壶普及情况.方法 利用2010年中国慢性病监测家庭问卷调查数据,分析我国居民家庭限盐勺和控油壶普及情况,描述不同地区、城乡的分布及差异.结果 我国居民家庭限盐勺和控油壶普及率分别为10.21％和6.86％,城市高于农村,东部高于中西部地区;东部地区的限盐勺和控油壶普及率城市高于农村,中、西部地区的普及率城市和农村没有差异;55.78％的限盐勺和67.31％的控油壶都是由居委会/村委会免费发放.结论 2010年我国居民限盐勺和控油壶普及率低,而且分布不均匀,建议加大中西部地区和农村地区限盐勺和控油壶的发放力度,并加强限盐勺和控油壶使用方法以及相关知识的宣传教育.

Investigation on coverage of salt control spoon and oil control pot among Chinese resident households in 2010

Objective To investigate the coverage of salt control spoon and oil control pot among Chinese resident households.Methods Data from Chinese National Chronic Disease and Risk Factors Surveillance in 2010 were used to analyze coverage rates of salt control spoon and oil control pot in different geographic regions,rural and urban area.Results The coverage rates of salt control spoon and oil control pot were 10.21% and 6.86%,respectively.Urban area is higher than rural areas,the east is higher than the central and western regions; the coverage of salt control spoon and oil control pot of the eastern cities is higher than the countryside,and there is no difference between urban and rural areas in the coverage rate of the western and central region; 55.78% of salt control spoon and 67.31% of oil control pot from free distribution of the residents committee.Conclusion The coverage rates of salt control spoon and oil control pot among Chinese resident households in 2010 were very low,and the distribution is very uneven.The free distribution of salt control spoon and oil control pot and related education should be enhanced,especially in the central and western regions and rural areas.
