卡托普利、氢化可的松对碱烧伤后角膜新生血管抑制作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的 比较卡托普利和氢化可的松对碱烧伤后角膜新生血管(CNV)的抑制作用,并探讨其作用机制.方法 54只新西兰大白兔随机分为3组:卡托普利组、氢化可的松组和对照组,每组再分为4 d组、8 d组和14 d组,共9组.每只兔的右眼制成碱烧伤模型,分别按其分组右眼球结膜下注射同等体积的卡托普利、氢化可的松、生理盐水.比较各组之间的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量的表达及新生血管面积.结果 氢化可的松组、卡托普利组VEGF含量的表达及新生血管面积均较对照组减少(P<0.05),且卡托普利组减少更为明显.结论 卡托普利较氢化可的松抑制碱烧伤后角膜新生血管的效果更为明显,且有多重机制参与其中.

Abstract:Objective Compare the curative effecty of ACE inhibitor Captopril to that of hydrocortisone on the CNV after the alkaline burn. Find out the possible participating mechanisms. Methods Choose 54 healthy big New Zealand rabbits. Divide the 54 rabbits into 9 groups randomly. Use Captopril to kill some rab-bits within 4 days, 8 days, 14 days; Use Hydrocortisone to kill some rabbits within 4 days, 8 days, 14 days;Use 0.9% NACL to kill some rabbits within 4 days, 8 days, 14 days. We make the Alkaline bum model in the right eye of each rabbits. Inject the same volume of Captopril, Hydrocortisone, 0.9% NACL under the conjunctivas of their right eye of each group. Compare the expression of VEGF and the newborn blood vessel area between the groups. Results For the groups of Hydrocortisone and Captoptil ,the expression of VEGF and the newborn blood vessel areas decreases respectively compares with comparison groups. For the group of Captopril the expression of VEGF and the newborn blood vessel areas decreases more Temarkably. Conclusions The curative effect of Captopril which is used to control the occurrence of CNV after the Alkaline burn is better than that of Hydrocortisone. Other crossed mechanisms still participate.
