在校大学生婚前性行为及避孕行为研究

目的:了解大学生对婚前性行为的态度和现状以及大学生对避孕措施的认知和使用情况。方法:采用分层整群抽样抽取在校大学生315名,进行无记名封闭式问卷调查。有效问卷301份。结果:随年级增加,性(爱)和行为等级也增加;在谈恋爱有44.2%,有性生活的18.3%;94%第一次性交的年龄在17-25岁;45%有过性压抑,45.9%的人选择看书;解答性和生殖健康方面的困惑,41.8%选择与同性朋友或异性朋友交流或上网;36%人能对艾滋病感染途径能给出完全正确的答案;仅有7.3%人对所列出的避孕方法全部知道;有近90%的同学认为目前有必要在大学开设性健康和生殖健康讲座。结论:大学生对婚前性行为普遍持较宽容态度,高年级大学生发生婚前性行为的比率较高,但性健康和避孕知识较贫乏,高校应开设性健康和生殖健康课程。

Study of the Undergraduates in University on Sexual Behavior and Contraceptives before Marry

Objective: To find out the attitude and actuality of the undergraduates toward sexual behavior and contraceptives before marry.Methods: A total of 315 undergraduates in university were investigated by stratified sampling of whole group with losed questionnaires and 301 questionnaires were availability.Results: The grade of the undergraduates’ love action was increased as their age and grade added;the more open sexual con-sciousness was,the higher the grade of love action was;44.2% were in amativeness,18.3% had sexual action;as far as the ratio of people who think that console oneself is natural and normal,man was higher 25.6% than woman;the age when undergraduates had the first sexual intercourse was 17-25 years old said by 94%;45% students had sexual inhibition;45.9% tried to find answers from the books and 41.8% holed communion with the same ordifferent nature friends or went to net when they had puzzles about sex and reproductive health;there wasn’tsexual behavior between sweet hearts because they were afraid of pregnancy answered by 1.3%;there wereabout 60% undergraduates investigated who had read or watched scientific,art and image productions whichdescribe sex directly;over half undergraduates can comprehend sexual behavior before marry;60.8% agreed thesexual behavior before marry without any punishment of university if they didn’t affect anyone;there were only36% students who could give correct answers to the question about the approach to infect HIV;7.3% studentsknew all contraception which we listed,28% students didn’t know that condom can prevent STD,34.5% of theundergraduates had sexual intercourse with no contraceptive;the lectures of sexual health and reproductive healthshould be set up in university pointed by about 90% students and 45.2% of the students thought it is extraordinarynecessary to have this lectures in university.Conclusion: At present,undergraduates have more good-temperedattitude to sexual behavior before marry.There is higher ration of sexual behavior before marry in the students ofhigh grade in university.However,the knowledge about sexual and reproductive health is very smallness ofundergraduates.University should set up the lectures of sexual health and reproductive health.
