铁路职工健康体检结果分析

目的 了解铁路职工健康状况,为制定相关保健措施提供依据.方法 收集2005～2006年不同岗位铁路职工5685人健康体检的资料并进行分析.结果 5685人体检合格率为14.3%;患1种、2种、3种、4种疾病或指标异常率分别占25.0%、19.7%、15.6%、22.8%;检出排在前10位的疾病依次是脂肪肝（40.6%）、高血脂（29.9%）、心电图异常（21.4%）、胆囊疾病（16.5%）、肾脏疾病（15.4%）、高血压（15.1%）、肝功能异常（14.6%）、高血糖（10.9%）、乙型肝炎病毒感染（10.5%）、胸部X线异常（5.9%）.结论 铁路职工脂肪肝、高脂血症等慢性病发病率高,是危害其身体健康的主要因素,应大力开展健康教育和健康促进,增强职工健康意识和预防慢性病的能力.

Health status of railway staff and workers: analysis of health examinations

Objective To survey the health situation of railway staff and workers in Wuhan City.Methods The results of health examinations of 5685 railway staff and workers were analyzed.Results Those in complete good health only accounted for 14.3%.25.0%,19.7%,15.6%,and 22.8% of the examinees suffered from 1,2,3,or 4 kinds of diseases.The top ten commonest diseases were,in the sequence of frequency from high to low were fatty liver(40.6%),hyperlipidemia(29.9%),ECG abnormality(21.4%),gallbladder disease(16.5%),kidney disease(15.4%),hypertension(15.1%),liver function abnormality(14.6%),hyperglycemiar/diabetes(10.9%),hepatitis B virus infection(10.5%),abnormality in chest roentgenography(5.9%).Conclusion Most of the railway workers are not in good health.Fatty liver and hyperlipidemia are the commonest health-threatening diseases among them.Health education and health promotion need carring on inorde to strengthen the staff's cognition to health and the abilities against chronic disease.
