| 摘 要： | 目的：实现医院新农合网络即时结报和管理。方法：制定计划，改建优化院内网络和设施，连接新农合专网，开发接口提取有效HIS数据，统一诊疗和药品目录对照，建立前端提醒、后台质控管理模式。结果：提高了结算核销和政策把握的准确性，减轻了操作人员的工作量，并且方便了医院管理部门的质控监督。结论：实现新农合的网络即时结报，提高了工作效率，强化了医院内部新农合质控管理。

| Abstract: | Objective： realize the instant clearance of new rural cooperative medical care system; Method： make plans, reconstruct the hospital network and facilities, connect new rural cooperative medical care network, develop interface to collect vahd HIS data, unify diagnosis and medicine hst, construct front remind and backstage quality control mode; results： improve the accuracy of clearance and pohcy grasp, reduce the working quantity of operators, and facilitate the quality supervision of hospital administrative dept; Conclusions： realize the instant clearance of new rural cooperative medical care system, and strengthen the quality control inside hospitals. |
