| Abstract: | Hospital Registration Booking System was an important strategy of medical and health system reform in China. The aims were to improve the patients＇ impression and degree of satisfaction, improve the quality of medical service, improve operating efficiency of outpatient resources, and resolve the difficulty in looking for medical services. This paper brief introduced the way of the pre-registration model in Beijing Chao-yang Hospital. |
