摘 要: | 卫生部推行的预约诊疗服务是“新医改”的一个重要内容,其主旨是改善患者就医体验、提高医院服务质量和效率、解决“看病难”等问题。介绍了北京朝阳医院作为该项改革试点单位的具体措施。

Abstract: | Hospital Registration Booking System was an important strategy of medical and health system reform in China. The aims were to improve the patients' impression and degree of satisfaction, improve the quality of medical service, improve operating efficiency of outpatient resources, and resolve the difficulty in looking for medical services. This paper brief introduced the way of the pre-registration model in Beijing Chao-yang Hospital. |
