| 摘 要： | 针对目前由于重复用药、检验、检查造成的看病贵问题，提出了基于区域卫生信息平台的门诊质量控制系统建设方案，包括建设目标、架构设计、功能设计及技术实现手段。此建设方案已应用在上海一些区域卫生项目中，取得了较好效果，有效减少了不必要的重复用药、重复检验、重复检查等问题。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the expensive and repeated medical examination, this article introduces outpatient quality control system solution for which based on the regional health information platform, including solution target, structure design, function design and the technology means. This solution has been applied in the Shanghai regional health project, obtained better effects： to effectively alleviate the repeated dosing, repeated test and repeated exam. |
