摘    要:医院感染管理是现代医院质量管控的重要组成部分。随着现代医学理论和技术的发展,医院感染问题日益突出,传统的基于手工的回顾性调查方法已不能满足当前管理需要。因此提出了一种信息技术,借助于HIS、LIS、RIS、EMR、OT以及物资等系统中的离散数据,通过医院感染监测模型实现对全院病人医院感染主动监测。监测机制具有主动反应的特点,与传统的科室报、医院感染管理部门介入的方式不同,医院感染预警机制通过大量数据的分析,自动锁定医院感染的疑似患者及易感因素,便于管理部门及时主动干预、诊断、治疗、预防和控制。研究成果己在部分医院推广应用,有效地提升了当前医院感染管理水平。

Innovatively Manage Hospital Infection with Information Technology

Abstract:Nosocomial Infection Control (NIC) is an important part of modem hospital quality surveillance and control. With the development of modem medical theory and technology, Nosocomial Infection has become increasingly prominent. At the meantime traditional retrospective review based on manual can not meet current management demands. This paper presents a kind of Information Technology, by means of the discrete data in the HIS, LIS, RIS, EMk, OT, MMS and etc, the nosocomial infection of whole hospital is active surveillance by the Nosocomial Infection Surveillance model.The surveillance mechanism is characterized by active reaction, different from the traditional reaction taken by the department of nosocomial infection control after reported. Through large quantities of data analysis, Early warning on nosocomial infection would automatically target patients with suspected nosocomial infection and susceptibility, which helps administrative departments intiatively intervention, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control timely initiative intervene, diagnose, treat, prevent and control in time. This research result has been extended and applied in some hospitals and has already improved the current nosocomial infection management effectively.
