摘    要:目的:探讨快速成型技术在颈椎畸形的临床应用价值。方法:选择10例颈椎畸形病例,进行颈椎CT断层扫描,Dicom数据导入MimiCS软件中进行三维重建和快速成型,模型进行术中指导。结果:全部病例均进行颈椎数字化三维重建,得到病变颈椎的三维市体图像。可以方便地从任意角度和方向观察颈椎畸形情况,测量有关数据。在数字化模型上进行手术设计.模拟内固定器械植入操作等。术中发现数字化模型与颈椎实际畸形情况完全一致,随访术后效果满意。结论:计算机快速成型辅助个体化技术可提高颈椎畸形手术效率与精确度。颈椎的数字化三维模型能够更直观、准确地反映颈椎病变的-三维立体结构,对临床医生的诊断、手术计划、内固定选择等有较大帮助。

Clinical Application of Rapid-prototyping Technology in the Cervical Vertebrae Deformity

Abstract:Objective: To develop an accurate digital spinal model of scoliosis and explore its clinical applications. Methods: Ten patients with cervical vertebrae deformity were chosen randomly and accepted CT scanning of cervical vertebrae before operations. Three-dimensional digital reconstruction based on these cross-section images were made in Mimics software and model used to instruct operation procedures. Results: All patients were taken CT scanning and made three-dimensional construction of cervical vertebrae. Using the digital models, we can analyze abnormal cervical vertebrae from any angles or any orientations, as well measure data, design operation or imitate the process of implanting the internal fixation devices. All 10 patients were undertaken operations successfully and effectively. Conclusions: The digital three-dimensional model of cervical vertebrae could reflect the detailed information of the abnormal cervical vertebrae exactly and directly, which is helpful for diagnosing, planning of operations and choosing internal fixation.
