| 摘 要： | 为探讨癌症患者健康管理模式，阐述并分析了以电子健康档案为基础的癌症患者健康管理模式研究现状及发展动态。提出以健康档案为基础的癌症患者健康管理模式研究，将有利于提升癌症患者及家庭照顾者生存质量。同时通过对癌症健康档案的二次挖掘利用，将为癌症健康档案及健康管理模式的构建提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | To explore health management model of cancer patients, this paper describes and analyzes the current situation and developments of health management model of cancer patients based on electronic health records. Proposed based on the health records of cancer patients and health management mode, there will be conducive to enhancing quality of life of cancer patients and their family caregiver. Mining the use of secondary cancer health records provide the basis for the construction of cancer health records and health management model. |
