| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断输卵管妊娠的临床价值。方法 :回顾性分析腹腔镜证实为异位妊娠患者 36例的超声表现 ,并对其中的 2 6例附件区包块内的血流参数进行分析。结果 :36例患者中有 2 6例在一侧附件区出现混合性包块占 72 % ,其中 18例包块内及包块周围显示增多的彩色血流信号 ,测得包块内的血流阻力指数 (RI) =0 .38± 0 .0 2 ;8例包块内见少许星状血流信号 ,经腹腔镜证实其中 6例已经发生输卵管流产。结论 :包块内RI <0 .4可作为诊断宫外孕的依据 ,而包块内探及不到血流信号 ,则可能已经发生输卵管流产。经阴道彩色多普勒超声可明显增加发现输卵管妊娠的敏感性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TCDU) in ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 36 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients diagnosed clinically were detected by TCDU, and 26 of them had adnexa mass. The blood flow and spectrum feature in the mass were analyzed. Results: The resistance index (RI) in 18 cases of adnexa mass was higher than 0.4. Ectopic pregnancy were diagnosis in 6 cases whose blood flow were not detectable in adnexa mass. Conclusion: The artery RI in mass lower than 0.4 can be taken as the diagnosing criteria of ectopic pregnancy. None blood flow detectable in adnexa mass suggests ovitube abortion. TCDU can significantly increase the sensitivity of diagnosing ovitube pregnancy. |
