对中医学本科教育人才培养模式的新思考

摘    要:分析了中医学本科教育现状和名老中医人才成长的过程,提出了中医学本科人才培养的新模式和改革现行中医学本科教育的新举措。中医学本科教育培养模式改革,即五年制本科采取“二长一短”学期和五年“八课堂五实践”的导师制培养模式;教学内容改革,涉及到人文、中医经典课程的开设、教材改革、注重学生思维及创新能力的培养及课程体系改革等方面进行了讨论。

Abstract:The paper discusses the present situation of undergraduate education of traditional Chinese medicine, and how to train distinguished practitioners, based on which a new training mode is suggested to make a reform of the prevailing education mode. It suggests to adopt two long and one short semesters, eight courses and five clinical trainings under the guidance of instructors. The reform covers courses of the humanities, classic literature of traditional Chinese medicine, textbooks. Stress is laid on cultivating students' creative ability.
