氨溴索治疗毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的：探讨氨溴索（沐舒坦）对毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法：2001年1-2月住院毛细支气管炎患儿42例为对照组，2002年1-2月住院毛细支气管炎患儿64例为治疗组，两组均采用常规治疗，治疗组加用盐酸氨溴索15mg静脉滴注，每日一次。结果：氨溴索使治疗组肺部哮鸣音消失时间及住院目的缩短优于对照组。

The clinical observation of mucosolvan on the treatment of capillary bronchitis

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and its safety of mucosolvan in treatment of capillary bronchitis. Methods: 42 cases of capillary bronchitis admitted from January to February 2001 were adopted as the control, and other 64 cases of capillary bronchitis admitted from January to February 2002 were adopted as the treatment group. Both received routine therapy, with exception that additional mucosolvan was used, at the dose of 15mg per day intravenously, in the treatment group. The hospitalization days and physical signs in lung were e-valuated in both groups. Results: The treatment group in much better in both hospitalization days and physical signs in lung. Conclusion: It's effective and safe to use mucosolvan in treatment of capillary bronchitis.
