| 摘 要： | 中国卫生总费用课题组运用实际使用法测算中国１９２年医疗总费用作出阶段性研究结果。本文就是研究结果和初步分析报告。研究结果可以说明：（１）年３．２亿市镇 口的医疗消费几乎等于８．５亿乡村人口的医疗消费；（２）市镇人口的人口医疗消费大约是乡村人均医疗消费的３倍；（３）市镇居民的门诊服务费用与住院服务费用几乎相等。可是乡村居民的门诊费用明显大于住院费用。本文提供１９９２年城乡年龄别医院消费水平；城乡居民 |

| Abstract: | An investigation of the total expenditure of China' s medical services in 1992, made by the relevant research project group with actual - use test method, reported: urban and rural residents' age - specific Level and composition in medical service expenditure, disease - specific per capite expenses and composition; 320 million urban residents'medical expenditure was almost equal to that of 850 million rural residents; urban residents' per capita medical expenses was about 3 times as much as that of rural residents; the outpatient department service expenditure was almost equal to hospitalization expenditure in urban residents; the outpatient department service expenditure was markedly higher than hospitalization expenditure in rural residents. |
