| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胎膜早破孕妇半腹膜外剖宫产与腹膜外及腹膜内剖宫产的优缺点。方法 选择180例有剖宫产指征的孕足月 (3 7～ 42周 )胎膜早破孕妇 ,随机分为三组 ,每组 60例。通过手术时间、术中出血量、产后腹痛等情况进行对比分析。结果 腹膜外剖宫产手术平均时间最长 ,腹膜内平均时间最短 ;术中平均出血量腹膜内最多 ;产后病率腹膜内发生率最高 ;肠功能平均恢复时间以腹膜内最长 ;术后需保留导尿引流时间腹膜外最长 ;切口愈合情况 ,腹膜内切口感染率最高 ;术后腹痛情况 (随诊术后半年 )腹膜内发生率最高。结论 半腹膜外剖宫产术既有腹膜内剖宫产术 ,又有腹膜外剖宫产术等优点
